Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic

I found this recipe at Bravo for Paleo. I chose this side because my husband loves potatoes and the photo featured on the original website was gorgeous. My finished dish was attractive, but not as striking as the original recipe's featured image. The potatoes were delicious and the edges crisped just like the recipe indicated. The next time I prepare this dish I'll make a couple of modifications: first, I'll press the garlic and rub it into the potatoes when tossing them with the olive oil, and secondly I'll increase the amount of rosemary. The original recipe lacked nutritional data so I ran these calculations: 115 calories, 7 grams fat, 6.5 grams carbs, 1 gram sugar, 2 grams protein, 2 grams fiber.
